Pastor Paul Purvis has served as Lead Pastor of Mission Hill Church since 2011. Under his leadership, the church has grown into a vibrant, multi-campus ministry across the Tampa Bay area, welcoming a diverse congregation representing over 65 nations each week.
With 30 years in ministry, Pastor Paul is passionate about making the hope of Jesus known to everyone, everywhere. He is also the founder and president of The Barnabas Effect, a ministry dedicated to encouragement and practical support for those in need.
He leads Mission Hill Church with a deep commitment to the belief that we are broken people creating God’s mosaic in Jesus Christ—dedicated to meeting needs, healing hurts, and speaking His Word every day.
